Please explore the table to the right to find the required camper forms. the Release of Liability form applies to all camps. the Swimming form applies only to children who will be swimming at the Day Camps.

Refund Policy
Day Camp 1 & 2
  • Any Full Day camper unable to attend – due to injury, illness or Covid 19 – (and chose not to select insurance), will be refunded in full minus $50 administrative fee.
  • Any Half Day camper unable to attend – due to injury, illness or Covid 19 – (and chose not to select insurance), will be refunded in full minus $30 administrative fee.

Striker Defender GK Camp

  • Any Full Day camper unable to attend – due to injury, illness or Covid 19 – (and chose not to select insurance), will be refunded in full minus $50.

Summer College Prep Camps

  • Any Camper unable to attend Prior to 7 days before the start of camp, will be refunded in full, minus a $75 administrative fee.
  • Any Camper unable to attend within the 7 days before the start of camp, will be refunded in full, minus a $90 administrative fee.
